Medical Assistant – California, MD
Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8-Hour Shifts We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our primary care team in California, MD. You’ll support both clinical and administrative functions to help keep the office running smoothly and ensure every patient receives great care. What You’ll Do- Greet and prepare patients, documenting history in the EMR system
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate medical records
- Assist providers during exams and procedures
- Perform vision screenings, EKGs, audiometry, spirometry, and other routine tests
- Keep exam rooms stocked, clean, and ready for each visit
- Order and manage medical supplies

Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant – Bilingual Required
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients, including those in senior care and hospice palliative medicine.
- Stay informed about current standards in healthcare, including workers compensation law and working with people with disabilities.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans.
- Master’s degree in nursing or a related field from an accredited program.
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of practice.
- Experience in a Family Practice setting is a plus.
- Knowledge of workers compensation law and working with people with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care through continuous professional development.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
This full-time, exempt position includes the opportunity to participate in health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).
