Dr. Pratik Desai, MD

Dr. Pratik Desai is a Co-founder of Avosina Medical Technologies. He is a board-certified urologist and fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Desai practices general urology with a special interest in urologic cancers. He is one of the few urologic surgeons nationally that has completed a fellowship in urologic oncology and he is a member of the Society of Urologic Oncology. Dr. Desai has an extensive experience in complex urologic surgeries including hundreds of robotic surgeries. Dr. Desai believes strongly in a patient-centered multidisciplinary treatment approach, winning annual awards and peer recognition for excellence in patient care. In seeing and experiencing the perpetual challenges he and his fellow physicians were facing throughout the region, Dr. Desai allied with Dr. Arabshahi to form Avosina and help physicians in all aspects of revenue maximization and practice management. With the utilization of Avosina’s capabilities to help his own practice thrive, Dr. Desai is passionate about aiding physician practices in their quest for autonomy and success.
